GoSeeTell Network, Inc. is a Portland (Oregon) based internet company.
We operate a number of different websites that all have one thing in common:
Making sure that travelers from around the world...
- have the information needed to choose a destination that is right for them,
- can easily easily get travel information from like-minded travelers,
- find travel products that are a good fit for them and that they will enjoy,
- have an easy-to-use tool to give feedback to other travelers,
- can be part of an online community of people who love to travel.
GoSeeTell was developed over more than 2 years and officially launched in January 2006. The GoSeeTell Team has more than 30 years of experience in the fields of travel, travel journalism and web-development.
Our goal is to grow the GoSeeTell community to more than 1 million enthusiastic members in the next three years.
Technology
Some of you have asked us what technology we use to run GoSeeTell Network.
The GoSeeTell websites are programmed in Ruby using the Rails web application framework. For the database manangement system GoSeeTell uses MySQL.
GoSeeTell Network, Inc. has filed patents for the business concept and the technology that is involved.
